1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VIOLENT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VIOLENT.

2. Description of Service

VIOLENT is a script protection, key management, and loader system platform. The Service provides:

Script hosting and protection
License key generation and management
Script loader and delivery system
Execution tracking and analytics
Discord bot integration for key management
API access for programmatic management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts registered by automated means are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Upload or distribute malicious code, malware, viruses, or harmful scripts
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
Distribute scripts that steal user data, credentials, or personal information
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
Use the service to facilitate illegal activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform

5. Script Content

You are solely responsible for the scripts you upload to the Service. VIOLENT does not review, endorse, or guarantee the safety of user-uploaded scripts. You represent that you have the right to distribute any scripts you upload and that they do not violate any third-party rights.

6. Key System

Keys generated through the Service are subject to the following:

Keys are bound to specific scripts and may have expiration dates or usage limits
HWID locking, once activated, cannot be bypassed without a reset
VIOLENT reserves the right to revoke keys that violate these Terms
Key distribution and pricing are the responsibility of the script owner

7. API Usage

Access to the VIOLENT API is provided subject to rate limits and fair use. You agree to:

Respect rate limits (60 requests per minute unless otherwise specified)
Keep API keys confidential
Not abuse the API to disrupt service for others
Follow the API documentation for proper usage

8. Intellectual Property

The VIOLENT platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of VIOLENT. You retain ownership of scripts you upload but grant VIOLENT a limited license to host and deliver them through the Service.

9. Service Availability

VIOLENT strives to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

Perform maintenance with or without notice
Modify or discontinue features
Adjust pricing and plan limits

10. Termination

VIOLENT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to scripts, keys, and data may be permanently removed.

11. Limitation of Liability

VIOLENT is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIOLENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
